New Practice for TOEIC® Test
Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a license agreement between you and the developer (TVTroid, "we", "us") for the app New Practice for TOEIC® Test (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial study use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content, except for the share features the App provides.
2. Premium Subscription
- Premium Weekly is an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks custom share branding. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass the subscription or ads, or use content created with the share features to infringe the rights of others or to mislead people about its source.
4. Content and Trademarks
The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. TOEIC® is a registered trademark of Educational Testing Service (ETS). This product is not endorsed or approved by ETS.
5. Educational Purpose; No Guarantee
The App is a practice tool. We do not guarantee any particular test score or result, or that content is free from errors.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any subscription.
8. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
